How I Discovered My Healing Abilities

The Beginning

In 2016, I went to receive an energy healing from a Reiki Master who was also a Psychic Medium. During the session, I asked her about the strong flow of energy I felt moving through my body and hands. Without hesitation, she said, “You are a White Light Healer.”

At the time, I thought, Well, that’s great, but what does it mean? When I searched online, I was surprised to find there was almost nothing about what a “White Light Healer” actually was.

Early Experiences

I read a book called You Can Heal Too and began practicing the techniques. On several occasions, I was able to heal the chronic pain in my feet that made it difficult to stand or walk for long periods of time.

Around that same period, my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. I sent her healing light and soon after, her cancer went into remission. I couldn’t know for sure if it was the medical treatment or the white light that caused this, but it was a moment that stayed with me.

Later, while running my pressure washing business, one of my clients was a sweet woman going through chemotherapy. I could see how drained her life force was. That night, I sent her white light. A year later, her husband called me back for more work, and when I saw her again, she was radiant and full of life. Once more, I was happy for her recovery but dismissed the possibility that it had anything to do with me.

Realizing the Gift

I had also been receiving psychic readings from a lady at a local metaphysical shop. When she became sick and was out of the office for months, I sent her white light as well. Not long after, she returned — looking radiant and even younger than before.

When I asked her about this gift, she confirmed that I truly did have it — and even shared that I might be able to travel back in time energetically to heal things before they happen. I began to experiment with this during a difficult period known as the dark night of the soul, and also with my daughter, who wasn’t open to the idea of energy healing. Through the process, I was able to transmute much of my own trauma and emotional pain — and she eventually became able to work again without the hand pain she once had.

I began offering healing to people who mentioned they were in pain, but many just laughed at me, so I quietly went on with my life.

Powerful Confirmations

In 2022, my ex-wife’s grandmother was in hospice care, not expected to make it through the night. My ex-wife and daughter were rushing across the country to say their goodbyes. I sent the white light to her grandmother that evening — and she got up out of bed and lived for another week, giving them precious time to see her again.

Another time, a bird flew into a glass window outside my house and was lying motionless on the ground. I picked it up, channeled white light for about a minute, and placed it gently on a chair near my door. When I came back out, the bird was standing — then flew up into a tree and watched me leave for work.

Deeper Practice

In 2025, I met the fourth psychic medium who confirmed my healing gift. I began working with people more directly. One woman experienced chronic knee pain and limited flexibility. I channeled white light and held my hands around her knee without touching. She said she felt the pain leaving her body — and was soon able to bend her knee normally again.

Another person was suffering from a severe migraine with eye pain. I did the healing remotely, visualizing my hands around her head and allowing the energy to flow. The pain lifted and she felt normal again.

In another session, I worked on someone with pain in the bladder and kidneys — areas connected to the lower chakras. As I channeled the light, she experienced an emotional release and began to cry. Afterward, her physical pain was gone.

A Calling to Help

I don’t fully understand how it works or why it works, but I know that it does. I’ve seen enough to know that this energy can bring comfort and relief. I believe it would be selfish to hide a gift that has the potential to ease suffering in a world where so many are in pain.
